Screen Enclosure FAQs
How much does a screen enclosure cost in Port St. Lucie?
The cost depends on the size of the space, the style of enclosure, the framing and screen type, and any extras like roof panels or electrical work. Rescreening an existing enclosure costs much less than building a new one. We provide a free consultation and a detailed written quote, so you know the exact cost before any work begins.
Do I need a permit for a screen enclosure?
New screen enclosures in Florida typically require a building permit and inspections. As a licensed screen enclosure contractor, we handle the permit and required inspections for you.
How long does rescreening take?
Most rescreening projects are completed in a day or two, depending on the size of the enclosure and the weather. New enclosures take longer because of design, permitting and construction, and we'll give you a clear timeline before we start.
Should I repair or rescreen my enclosure?
If only a few panels are torn or loose, a repair is usually the best option. If your screens are faded, sagging or damaged in multiple areas, a full rescreen gives you a like-new enclosure for far less than a replacement. We'll recommend the right option after our inspection.
Can you repair a screen enclosure after storm damage?
Yes. We repair and rescreen enclosures damaged by storms, including torn screens and damaged panels. Learn more about our storm damage restoration services.
